What is the difference between Sent for Approval & Approved?

Modified on Sat, 4 Oct at 4:37 PM

These two statuses represent key stages in the event's internal review process:

  • Sent for Approval: This status indicates that the event creator has finished setting up the event and has officially submitted it for review. At this stage, the event is pending action from a manager or an authorized approver.

  • Approved: This status signifies that the designated manager has reviewed the event's details, validated its contents, and officially accepted it. An Approved event is now ready to be published and made visible to vendors.
