What is the difference between Sent for Publish & Published?

Modified on Sat, 4 Oct at 4:38 PM

These two statuses mark the final moments before and after an event goes live:

  • Sent for Publish: This is an intermediary state. It signifies that the event creator has initiated the final action to make the event live, but it has not yet gone live. This status may appear briefly if the system has a short queue or is awaiting a scheduled time.

  • Published: This status indicates that the event is officially live on the platform. At this point, all invited vendors have been notified via email, and they can now access the event and begin submitting their bids or proposals.
