What is the process after Draft?

Modified on Sat, 4 Oct at 4:37 PM

Once an event is saved as a Draft, it goes through a lifecycle of statuses before it becomes live. Here is a breakdown of each stage:

  • Sent For Approval: The event has been submitted by the creator and is now in a queue, waiting for a manager or authorized personnel to review and approve it.

  • Approved: The event has successfully passed the approval stage. It is now ready to be either published immediately or scheduled for a future publication date.

  • Sent For Publish: The event has been sent to the publishing queue. This is a final checkpoint before the event goes live on the portal.

  • Ready To Be Published: The event is fully approved and finalized. It is now simply waiting for its pre-scheduled date and time to go live.

  • Published: The event is officially live and is visible to the invited vendors or the wider community. Suppliers can now access the event and begin submitting their bids or quotes.
