How do I differentiate between Conduct mode and Participate mode?

Modified on Sat, 4 Oct at 3:36 PM

Each mode is tailored to a specific role on the platform:
Conduct Mode: This mode is for users who want to create and manage their own procurement events, such as inquiries, auctions, and RFQs. In Conduct Mode, you have the tools to:

  • Create, approve, publish, and manage all your events.
  • Invite specific vendors to your events.
  • Monitor bids and proposals in real time.
  • Generate comprehensive reports on event performance.

Participate Mode: This mode provides a dedicated space for vendors to engage in events they've been invited to. In Participate Mode, you can:

  • View all your invitations in one place.
  • Submit bids and proposals for events.
  • Track your bidding history and status.
  • Communicate directly with event organizers.
