When you are creating an event, you have two primary sources for selecting vendors to invite:
My Vendors
This is your personalized vendor list, containing companies and contacts that you (or your organization) have already worked with or explicitly added to your private directory.
Typically includes your approved/preferred/repeat suppliers.
Useful when you want a controlled, trusted set of vendors who already understand your requirements, commercial terms, and quality expectations.
Ideal for faster cycles, strategic categories, or when you must follow an internally approved‑vendor policy.

ApnaJugaad Vendors
This is the wider marketplace of vendors available on the ApnaJugaad platform.
You can search, filter, and discover new vendors by category, location, capabilities, or other criteria.
Useful when you want to expand competition, explore alternative sources, or onboard new suppliers for a category.
Ideal for new requirements, cost discovery, benchmarking, or when you don’t yet have enough vendors in your own list.
