When the timer for a live auction reaches 0 seconds, the bidding is officially closed. At this moment:
Bidding is Finalized: No further bids can be submitted. The system automatically locks the event.
Final Ranking is Locked: The final ranking of all participants is determined and cannot be changed. The event organizer can then proceed with the final review and awarding of the contract.
