What is Approval Pending and Publish Pending?

These statuses refer to two distinct waiting periods in the event's lifecycle:

• Approval Pending: This status indicates that the event has been completed and submitted, but it is currently awaiting a review and a final decision from the designated approver. The event cannot proceed to the next stage until it is officially approved.
  
  
• Publish Pending: This status means the event has already been approved and is ready to go live. It is simply waiting for a final action from the event creator, such as clicking the 'Publish' button or waiting for a pre-scheduled publish time.
