Yes, you can. If you do not wish to participate in an enquiry, you can formally decline the invitation.
Locate the 'Regret' Bar: At the bottom of the enquiry page, click the red 'Regret' bar.
Provide a Reason: A pop-up window will appear, prompting you to provide a reason for declining.
Confirm: Once you confirm, the entire enquiry will be moved to a 'Regretted' status. You will no longer be able to submit a quote for it later.
