What are the steps to submit an Enquiry bid?

To submit your bid for an enquiry, follow these steps:

Step 1: Find the Enquiry

  • Navigate to the enquiry you have been invited to from your 'Participate Dashboard'.

Step 2: Review Event Details

  • Carefully review all event details, including the line items and any associated terms and conditions.

Step 3: Enter Your Prices

  • Enter your bid prices for each individual line item, or a single consolidated price, as required by the enquiry.

Step 4: Attach Documents

  • Attach any required supporting documents, such as specifications, certifications, or company profiles.

Step 5: Submit Final Bid

  • Once you are confident that all information is correct, click 'Submit Final Bid' to finalize and send your quote to the event organizer.
